    Paul has been married to his wife Cindy for over three decades, and they have two grown children, Beau and Olivia. He has coached multiple sports at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels, and he has a passion for helping people grow and succeed—on the field and in life! He and Cindy live on a ranch with cattle, alpacas, and chickens, and they love to travel.

    A PDF veteran since 2000, Tammy understands that the value of each client’s asset is dependent upon its financial performance. Her experience in commercial property management gives her the ability to assess properties, foster relationships, and draw on PDF’s vast network of vendors to give owners confidence and comfort—knowing their assets are in good hands.

    Tammy considers herself blessed to have a close family, and spending time with them is her favorite thing to do. She enjoys outdoor activities, especially running, hiking, and fly fishing whenever she has the opportunity.

  • Jon handles leasing and sales of all property types, serving both commercial landlords and tenants. As a former collegiate football player at UC Davis, Jon learned a great deal about being part of a team, along with three important factors that have helped him succeed: Effective communication, preparation, and work ethic.

    At PDF, whether analyzing a property to ascertain its value, scouring a specific submarket for a tenant in need of a second-generation restaurant, or having a weekly conference call with an owner to provide updates on their shopping center, Jon applies these three traits.

    Since joining the team in 2015, he’s assisted his team in securing the 2017 CoStar Power Broker of the Year for Leasing, was a finalist for the ACRE Rookie of the Year, and was awarded the 2021 and 2022 ACRE Next Gen Retail Broker of the Year.

    When he’s not spending time with his wife Jenna and daughter Isla, Jon is most likely running around with his two German Shepherds, playing poker, lifting weights, or enjoying a craft brew with friends and family.

  • Brad has been the PDF Development Team’s Facility Manager for over 10 years and has gained the trust and credibility from PDF clients across the nation.

  • Frank conducts regular inspections on multiple properties, performing routine maintenance as well as routine and emergency repairs. A member of the PDF team since 2013, Frank is well-rounded, flexible, and able to adapt to the wide variety of challenges that come his way. He responds quickly to maintenance issues and finds creative, effective solutions.

    Frank is very family-oriented and loves to collect antiques. He has a passion for the San Francisco Giants and the 49ers, as well as classic cars. His favorite part of starting the day is taking his dog, Bodie, for a walk.

  • Daniella has been an Executive Level Operator for the past 6-years spanning roles in government and higher education with UCSF, and as a business owner/operator at her family’s 42-year legacy commercial flooring firm, Peacock Floors. She has immense experience in business operations and business development. She has risen to several leadership roles throughout her career quickly through sheer grit and determination. Daniella feels that with consistency, hard work and time most can be accomplished and has never let any challenges get in the way of her vision of success. Most recently she has become a partner in a creative transaction coordination business, The TC Collective, which caters solely to real estate investors. She deals daily with intricate deal structures, funding, and personally managing the transaction alongside title and escrow firms nationwide to close. Most of these investors are utilizing investment strategies that are rife in today’s market, but often rarely utilized in traditional real estate: subject-to, seller finance, hybrid deals, among a multitude of other possibilities. She thrives in finding the source of the problem, and coming up with the most creative solutions for not only the investor, but the seller. She has managed industrial spaces in San Francisco and earlier this year was appointed by the City Council of Pacifica as a Planning Commissioner. Daniella loves being able to be a part of development policy, standards and development permitting her in hometown. She is excited to utilize her vast array of experience in planning and business, her nationwide network in residential and multifamily real estate, and her direct relationships with building and business owners in the San Francisco Bay Area to dive into commercial real estate.

  • Barbara oversees the ongoing condition of owners’ properties for PDF, ensuring landlord and tenant satisfaction. She has been a member of the team since 2015, and she loves her job.

    She has been married for 58 years to her husband Steve, and they have 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. They consider themselves fortunate that all their children and grandchildren share the same passion for auto racing. They participate in, watch, and enjoy the sport as a family, which brings them all together.

With fluency in both English and Spanish, he has the ability to effectively communicate complex real estate and business brokering concepts to clients from diverse backgrounds.

    With over 15 years of industry experience, Art is known for his strategic approach to finding the right properties for his clients and negotiating favorable terms on their behalf. He has built strong relationships with clients and industry professionals and has developed a deep understanding of the real estate market, including office space, flex space, and various industrial properties such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses, specialized product testing laboratories, and assembly plants.

    Art Garcia is committed to staying up to date with the latest industry regulations and best practices and continuing to build his knowledge and expertise through ongoing education and training.

    In his free time, Art enjoys spending time with his family and loved ones. He has a passion for music and enjoys playing his drum set or one of his guitars. He is also a sports enthusiast, particularly football and basketball, and can often be found cheering on his favorite teams on weekends.

During his five years in the NFL, Cole experienced firsthand what it takes to operate at a high level in order to be successful, and he contends that hard work and consistent effort paved the way for success in multiple careers. Being detailed in the day-to-day tasks formed the foundation of Cole’s work ethic, and he brings the same level of accountability to his clients at PDF.

    In his free time, Cole enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and working out. He currently resides in Dallas, TX, where he has been a resident since 2019.
