Standard turnaround time for document preparation is 24 business hours (Monday through Friday). LISTING

For submitting new property listings, including exclusive listings, sale listings, and listings for lease or sublease.

PURCHASE

For buyer-side transactions involving the acquisition of commercial real estate, including purchase agreements and escrow coordination.

LEASING

For new lease agreements, lease renewals, extensions, amendments, and tenant or landlord representation files.

FAQs

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after submission for document drafts to be emailed to you for review. Submissions made over the weekend will be processed by end of day Monday.

  • If you require documents in under 24 hours, please email Meagan at meagan@pdf-usa.com with "Rush Request" and the property address in the subject line. We do our best to accommodate urgent needs, but standard turnaround time is 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

  • All communication should be via email whenever possible.
    Always include the property address in the subject line to help us quickly locate your file and respond appropriately.

  • If you have questions about the meaning, interpretation, or use of any contracts or forms, please contact your broker or mentor directly.
    The Transaction Coordinator’s role is to prepare documents — we cannot provide legal advice or explain contracts to agents or clients.

    • Full Service: Document drafting, client communication for signatures via DocuSign, and full compliance management through escrow.

    • Contracts Only: Drafted documents only. You are responsible for obtaining all signatures and uploading completed files into Skyslope. Payment for Contracts Only is due via Venmo upon document delivery.

  • After finalizing your documents, you will receive a Venmo payment link. Please include the property address in the payment note for Contract Only Services.

    For Full Service - the TC fee will be entered into Skyslope and paid out through the Escrow Process.
